Overview | Description:
Prodigy is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Analyst 2 for a client of ours to specify requirements and/or design solutions for business information systems and incorporate new technical systems to improve work-flow, production, efficiency and effectiveness.
This role will entail analyzing the current and suggested IDM workflow(s) and require a sharp eye for detail.

Key requirements:

•    Knowledge of ITIL concepts
•   Familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities
• An understanding of the software development lifecycle and knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
•  Excellent communication skills,

Preferred:

•    Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting system analysis
• Skill in conducting interviews and facilitating group meetings

Employment Arrangement: 6-Month Contract

Job Location: Remote , must work Pacific Time work hours
